About US

Currently, the automotive businesses are running fragmented systems. The result is that there are separate copies of inventory and other data in these systems such as Accounting, Inventory, CRM, Sales/Desking, Marketing, Service, Parts and HR related systems. With the evolutions of Web, the demands businesses as well as the nature of transactions have transformed. Automotive businesses demands for digitization of every process has increased.

Automotive businesses are facing increased pressures due to increased regulatory demands, lack of trained human resources, increased competition, falling inventory levels, increased cost of advertising and cost of running businesses besides other factors. Smaller and medium sized operators and dealers are at even a bigger disadvantage.

Modern consolidated solutions are what is needed in this industry, we started creating our own database to manage our business efficiently. We focused our entire organization to streamline our processes in order to have the same information available throughout the entire company. The need for a comprehensive application that was innovative was driving our development efforts.

Our Team

We have brought together a team of individuals from diverse backgrounds however automotive business runs in everyone's blood.

We believe that it takes an automotive individual to understand the problems of an automotive business.

We are automotive business professionals with a knack for technology. We have data centers in the Southern USA as well as off shore support centers. Our team members go through trainings in the automotive fields as if they were conducting the transactions and other functions at the businesses themselves.

Jon Malik

A graduate of University of Wisconsin with a Computer Science and business degrees, Jon Malik developed key IT skills by working in companies like GE and multiple public sector organization on Oracle, RDBMS as well as .Net framework technologies. Jon started a car dealership as an investor and learnt about the business from ground up. He has knowledge of al the the departments at a dealership as he ran a network of his own Franchise as well as independent dealerships. His experience includes inventory acquisition, recon, advertising, back office operations as well as sales and finance functions on top of his IT skillset. Jon became a car dealer by accident however due to his passion for automotive business, he acquired extensive knowledge  and has a holistic understanding of automotive business and the challenges faced by this business. His life goal is to impart his technical skills into automotive business and running it as a consolidated organization with a singular solution unlike the defragmented systems of this industry today. Jon has experience in the fields of technology, accounting, business management, HR management, compliance, service, parts, multi-channel marketing and more.

In addition, Dealer360i ERP insights store the complete data sets; unlike the fragmented data sets that result from multiple systems. This system provides operators and investors with intelligence and a 360 view to make better strategic decisions and also incorporates Artificial Intelligence to automate a lot of functions that previously required human input. 

Our marketing solution helps automotive dealers list their inventory and also perform the entire digital retailing experience. There is an entire innovative solution to take consignment vehicles as well.
